TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ESQUIRE SYSTEM

Welcome to Esquire, the Human Resource Information System platform provided by Esquire View. By accessing or using this platform, you explicitly agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before using Esquire.

  1. Platform Use
    1. We are not responsible for any reason that makes Our Platform unavailable at any time or period.
    2. The use of this platform is only for internal business purposes of the company and cannot be used for commercial or illegal purposes.

    1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and password.
    2. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to be done by you yourself.

      • Contains material that defames someone;
      • Contains material that is indecent, offensive, hateful, or inciting;
      • Promotes content related to gambling, lotteries, and/or betting;
      • Promotes sexually explicit material;
      • Promotes violence;
      • Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
      • Promotes hacking and/or cracking services;
      • Promotes access to human trafficking and human organ trade;
      • Promotes access to illegal substances and narcotics;
      • Promotes the illegal sale of products that require licenses (e.g., drugs, explosives, firearms, etc.);
      • Violates someone else's copyright, database right, or trademark;
    2. You warrant that the content has complied with the standards mentioned, and that you will be fully responsible to us and indemnify us for any damages resulting from a breach of that warranty.
  5. Access Termination

    Esquire View reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate or block your access to Esquire if you violate these terms and conditions.

  6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

    Esquire View may update or change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be announced through the platform. By continuing to use after changes, you agree to the updated terms and conditions.

    This platform is provided "as is" and Esquire View does not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

    1. Esquire View is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform.
    2. We are not liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
    3. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or other malicious technology that can infect computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary materials due to the use or download of any content from Our Platform or related websites by You.
    4. We are not responsible for the content of websites linked to Our Platform. Such links should not be interpreted as Our endorsement of those sites.
    5. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of those websites.
  10. Force Majeure
